Strip Down, Rise Up - on Netflix

This documentary follows a group of women lead by Sheila Kelley, the founder of S Factor, to heal trauma and body issues through sensual movement and the art of pole dancing. I include it here as an S Factor instructor myself, there are *some* similarities in the sensual movement that I teach. However, there are many unique experiences these women have that are not part of a regular dance class, which are pretty obvious (i.e., there are NO MEN in class).
