Avery is a compassionate and genuine intuitive, energy healer and spiritual guide who helps people connect to the divine to find guidance, hope and healing. She is a gifted medium and astrologer. She is also my good friend and we teach our Twin Flame Masterclass together. 

 Wild Wise Body offers classes, workshops,  & private lessons (both virtual and in studio in Long Beach, CA) in feminine embodied movement designed to deepen your personal journey.  Lin is a licensed S Factor instructor as well as Master Teacher. A Master Teacher is the highest level of achievement and recognizes the experience and expertise in the teaching of Sheila Kelley's S Factor. 

Feminine Awakening offers classes, workshops, retreats, & private lessons (both virtual and in studio in Long Beach, CA) in sensual movement. Mary Ann is a licensed S Factor instructor, and has taught since 2016. She is also certified as a trauma informed instructor through the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Network and teaches breathwork with every class.
